1. 14-day refund
If you're not satisfied within 14 days of subscribing to Starter or Pro, contact us at hello@listerify.com for a full refund.
2. How to request
Email us from the address you used to pay. Requests are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refund is issued for unused time.
4. Payment processor
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, and refunds are issued through Paddle.
